All prices on the website include shipping fees. All of our Scalpscratchers products are shipped from our distribution center in Virginia.  

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  

Qualifying orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) will be shipped out that day! (MON-FRI)  

Please verify all information supplied carefully, If we cannot process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order may be delayed up to 5 business days.  

All domestic addresses that cannot be verified through USPS will be considered inaccurate and we will notify you immediately  

DELIVERABILITY OF PACKAGES 

At checkout we will give you an approximate delivery date based on the information we receive from our carrier. We take no responsibility for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please note that holidays do not count as business days and must be considered when estimating shipping times. If your package is delayed we do not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us before placing an order. 

Due to missing shipments and fraud concerns, we ship all packages as SIGNATURE REQUIRED... meaning someone must be there to sign for the package. The carrier will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery and will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They typically leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the provided address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange to pick up the package after the delivery attempts have been made. It is important to note that we will not issue refunds for any refused or abandoned shipments. 

After initiating a carrier investigation and while the carrier investigation is in progress, If it is confirmed that your shipment has been lost, we will send a replacement pending the carrier's final determination. In the event that the product is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you immediately and re-send the package at our expense on a case by case basis.

3 - 5 Day Shipping: Free delivery to any continental US address free shipping will automatically be added at checkout. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.
